I work with individuals including (but not limited to) artists, musicians, writers, and anyone who wants to engage their creative side, because everyone has an inner artist. Clients identify and release harmful coping mechanisms formed in childhood through a variety of techniques such as somatic, emotional regulation, mindfulness-based practices, and creative arts therapy. I’ve been treating clients with this approach for over 20 years, including individuals suffering from anxiety or depression, undergoing life transitions, veterans with PTSD, and anyone needing an outlet for true self-expression. My aim is to help clients find true intimacy and freedom in the world.
